Iris Geva-May, the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Comparative Policy Analysis and ICPA-Forum founder, presents Ted Marmor, Richard Freeman and Kieke Okma with the prize for 'Best JCPA Article, 2005' (Vol.7:4) on the promise and perils of comparative health policy research entitled "Comparative Perspectives and Policy Learning in the World of Health Care."  JCPA 2005 Best Article Prize is awarded on behalf of the Reviewing Committee (Iris Geva-May, Editor-in Chief, Michel Howlett, SFU, Co-Editor and Committee Chair, Jon Pierre, University of Gothenburg, Sweden and Tina Radma, University of Tartu, Estonia).
